    Completely agree with Tim, he’s spot on.

    The more you can personalize an email the better chance you’ll have at getting a response. If not, when following up never make them feel like they’re in the wrong for not replying. They already know they should, so another friendly email is more likely to gain a response than one that makes them feel bad. Lincoln’s 7 sanity checks are also a must.

    Tim this is great and timely advice in the context of things I’m working on. Love your style and approach, and the obvious genuine concern you have for those you want to work with. My goal is to follow in the same vein!
