Maybe cold outreach is already your #1 source of leads and sales, or maybe you’re looking to ramp up your outreach activity. Either way, it’s vital you select the best outreach solution for your business, and your search has brought you to two of the most popular tools on the market: Saleshandy and QuickMail.

Sure, we’re biased, but we truly believe QuickMail is the smart choice for most startups and SMEs — especially:

  • Professional services firms

  • SaaS platforms

  • Lead gen agencies

  • Recruiters

  • Business consultants

Read on and we’ll weigh up the key differentiators in the battle of Saleshandy vs QuickMail…

Why Use QuickMail?

QuickMail is an outreach solution that works with Gmail, Outreach, and any other inbox provider. While there’s no shortage of outreach platforms out there, QuickMail stands out from the crowd in three essential areas:

Reliable Results

We’ve been industry leaders for nine years.

In that time, we’ve developed pioneering outreach technology like inbox rotation and free auto-warming, all with the goal of helping our users avoid the disruption and revenue loss caused by constant changes to the email ecosystem.

So we understand what it takes to generate consistent results from cold email, adapting our tools and processes to give your campaigns the greatest chance of reaching your prospects’ main inboxes.

That’s why we’ve got a 4.6-star rating on G2.

Delightful User Experience

A QuickMail dashboard

We’re confident that if you choose QuickMail, you’ll love our user experience.

We make it easy to manage multiple campaigns, scale your outreach activity by adding new inboxes, and access the clear, actionable analytics you need to improve results.

And if you need a helping hand along the way, you can reach out to our expert support team…

Expert Support

When it comes to customer support, some outreach solutions are all about closing tickets.

At QuickMail, we’re more concerned with actually solving problems.

We don’t bother with one-size-fits-all suggestions and boilerplate replies because we understand no other business has a workflow that’s exactly like yours. Instead, we take the time to dig into the challenge you’re facing and provide tailored guidance.

Whether you’ve got a basic question, a complex workflow, or an unconventional setup, our experts are ready and waiting to help you execute more successful outreach campaigns.

Of course, we don’t expect you to just take our word for it.

Not when our customer reviews do the job for us:

Why Do Businesses Choose QuickMail Over Saleshandy?

Now that we’ve listed the key features of each platform, let’s look at the areas in which QuickMail really impresses vs Saleshandy:

Omnichannel Outreach

What Sets QuickMail Apart:

  • QuickMail helps you drive sales and revenue by targeting prospects through multiple channels in the same campaign.

  • View a prospect’s profile, send a connection request, then follow up 30 minutes later with an email.

  • Plus you can add call and SMS steps to campaigns with all QuickMail plans.

How Saleshandy Compares:

  • Saleshandy is an email-only platform — so if you want the ability to reach prospects beyond the email inbox, it’s not the tool for you.

Sender Reputation

What Sets QuickMail Apart:

  • At QuickMail, we’re obsessed about protecting, and strengthening, your sender reputation through — that’s why we include free MailFlow Auto Warmer access with all plans.

  • Once you connect an inbox to the Auto Warmer, MailFlow automatically sends emails to other addresses in your network and generates replies, helping you build a strong reputation.

  • Plus, if these emails get marked as spam, MailFlow will unmark and reply to them.

  • We also offer bounce detection as standard on all plans, so if your emails bounce, we’ll immediately stop the campaign — keeping your reputation safe.

How Saleshandy Compares:

  • We’ve seen reports from users who’ve suffered significant damage to their sender reputation after switching to Saleshandy.

Sure, not everyone seems to be affected — but do you really want to take the risk?

Daily Send Limits

What Sets QuickMail Apart:

  • At QuickMail, we don’t believe in imposing daily sending limits — that’s your email service provider’s business, not ours.

  • That’s why some individual QuickMail accounts are sending 40,000+ emails per day.

How Saleshandy Compares:

  • By contrast, Saleshandy imposes its own daily send limits.

  • By default, all Saleshandy accounts have a daily limit of 200 emails — you can change this yourself, but you shouldn’t have to.

  • Even on the enterprise-level plan, Saleshandy caps your sending to 5,000 emails a day.

Collaboration

What Sets QuickMail Apart:

  • With QuickMail, you can add unlimited team members on any of our plans, at no extra cost.

  • Individual actions are tracked (and are searchable) through the audit log — so if something goes wrong, you can figure out exactly what happened to close training gaps and provide peace of mind.

  • And there’s no need for team members or external contracts to share usernames and passwords, because everyone gets their own unique login.

How Saleshandy Compares:

  • Saleshandy only allows you to add unlimited team members at Outreach Pro level and above.

  • Even on those higher price plans, its unified inbox feature is lacking, with no replying from other inboxes, assigning replies, simple oversight, or organization.

AI Functionality

What Sets QuickMail Apart:

  • QuickMail Pro and Expert users can leverage our AI reply categorization feature to automatically determine the sentiment of replies from prospects, meaning you don’t have to tag each reply individually.

  • Use sub-campaigns to automatically send follow-ups based on the prospect’s message — so they’ll move to a custom sub-campaign with a specific follow-up. All without you lifting a finger.

  • We handle unsubscribes for you, freeing you up to focus on more valuable actions.

How Saleshandy Compares:

  • Saleshandy doesn’t do AI-assisted follow-ups or sub-campaigns, meaning more busy work for your team.

Reporting and Analytics

What Sets QuickMail Apart:

  • We make it easy to access the email metrics that really matter with our intuitive dashboard that includes email opens, clicks, replies, bookings, bounces, and more.

  • Immediately identify delivery drop-offs with send-day attribution, allowing you to respond fast.

  • Track deals won or lost by campaign to ensure you’re optimizing for results, not vanity metrics.

How Saleshandy Compares:

  • Saleshandy’s analytics tools just aren’t as robust, with users reporting inflated metrics caused by self-opens and bots.

All-Round Features

What Sets QuickMail Apart:

  • We designed QuickMail to be a comprehensive, all-round outreach solution — and our G2 rating of 4.6/5 shows we’ve done a pretty good job!

  • We believe it should be as simple as possible for your team to add prospects — either manually, by CSV upload, or by importing Google Sheets. Whatever works for you.

  • We integrate with all the tools you need — like Zapier, HubSpot, Slack, and Twilio.

Check out QuickMail’s full range of native integrations.

How Saleshandy Compares:

  • Saleshandy’s features are a little more limited, with some frustrating omissions — like no Google Drive integration, meaning you can only import prospects via CSV.

  • We’ve seen lots of complaints about Saleshandy’s limited integrations and integration-related issues, even from people who broadly like it as a platform.

Stability and Reliability

What Sets QuickMail Apart:

  • We’ve been industry leaders for nine years and pioneered game-changing outreach tools like inbox rotation and free auto-warming, so we know how to navigate the ever-changing email landscape while minimizing downtime and lost revenue for our users.

  • That’s why we have individual accounts sending 40,000+ emails per day without issue.

  • With our agency setup, it’s simple to manage 100+ clients without slowing down.

How Saleshandy Compares:

  • Saleshandy just feels less robust.

  • We’ve seen complaints about issues with Saleshandy’s Gmail extension, plus a variety of other bugs and glitches.

Scalability

What Sets QuickMail Apart:

  • All QuickMail users get multiple sending inboxes, so you can scale campaigns without sacrificing deliverability by simply adding another inbox.

  • You can also add unlimited team members on all plans, allowing multiple users to log in, check reports, and edit campaigns simultaneously.

  • Individual actions are tracked through our audit log, making it easy to share work across your team and identify learning opportunities if something goes wrong.

How Saleshandy Compares:

  • Saleshandy is expensive for what you get, forcing you to pay $99+ per month if you want to send from more than three inboxes.

Saleshandy vs QuickMail: Price Comparison

quickmail pricing plans 2024

A one-person business consultancy has totally different needs to a SaaS startup or a large lead generation agency.

For that reason, QuickMail and Saleshandy offer a range of plans aimed at businesses of different sizes and at different stages of their growth journeys. Let’s dig into each platform’s pricing tiers and what you’ll get for your money.

(All pricing information correct at time of publication.)

Entry Level

QuickMail’s Basic Plan costs $49 per month, with no minimum-term contract. It includes up to 30,000 emails per month, up to five email addresses for sending, up to 10,000 active prospects, and unlimited team members.

Customers can access all the essentials they need to run cold outreach campaigns, plus advanced features like A/Z testing and scheduling automation. They also get an account dashboard incorporating campaign-level stats — essential for optimizing performance.

Saleshandy’s entry-level Outreach Starter plan is priced at $36 per month, but only includes up to 6,000 monthly emails and 2,000 total prospects. That’s right: total prospects, not active. Which means you’ll constantly have to delete old contacts or risk exceeding your allowance.

Also, you can only send from three inboxes, and you can’t add team members to your Outreach Starter account, so it’s not scalable.

Mid-Tier

Priced at $89 per month (again with no fixed contract), QuickMail’s mid-tier Pro Plan allows you to send up to 100,000 emails monthly to up to 50,000 active prospects from 20 different email addresses.

It includes all the same stuff as the Basic Plan, but with a bunch of additional functionality, including advanced analytics and native integrations with HubSpot and Pipedrive.

Saleshandy’s Outreach Pro plan is more expensive at $99 per month — despite giving you fewer prospects (30,000 total prospects vs 50,000 active ones with QuickMail). Feels kind of cheeky to us.

Premium

At the upper end of the scale, QuickMail’s Expert Plan costs $129 per month with no minimum term. For that money, you can send up to 300,000 emails a month, have 100,000 active prospects, and leverage 50 different email addresses.

While all our plans offer all the essential features you need to run high-performing outreach campaigns, our Expert Plan offers a bunch of advanced extras — including API access and automated follow-up campaigns launched by AI based on the recipient’s response.

Saleshandy offers two premium plans — Outreach Scale ($199 per month) and Outreach Scale Plus ($299 per month).

Both feel pretty expensive given what you get for your money. For instance, Outreach Scale Plus includes 300,000 monthly emails, which is the same amount you get with our Expert Plan — yet it costs 2.5X more!

Again, Saleshandy imposes a limit on total rather than active prospects, so we’d expect larger outreach teams to waste a ton of time deleting old contacts. Which means less time on productive, value-adding tasks.
